HELP TEXTS
Help Texts are the attributes of managed Custom Fields which can be edited by the Subscriber. When the ISV changes the help text of the managed custom field, these changes will not be delivered to the subscribers by the package upgrade.

- Help Texts of managed Custom Fields from managed Custom Objects which don’t exist in target org.
