ZuppIO Maintenance Notice: Salesforce Security Requirements Update

ZuppIO Maintenance Notice and Salesforce Security Update

ZuppIO is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance related to new Salesforce security requirements and authentication updates.

As part of Salesforce platform security changes, we are implementing updates connected to:

  • PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange)
  • Refresh Token Rotation
  • authentication and session management improvements

These updates are required to maintain secure and stable integration between ZuppIO and Salesforce environments.

Temporary Service Impact

During the maintenance period:

  • some ZuppIO functionality may be temporarily unavailable
  • authorization-related operations may be affected
  • active jobs or automated processes may experience temporary interruptions

The maintenance is being performed to ensure continued platform reliability, compliance with updated Salesforce security standards, and long-term operational stability.

At the moment, the exact completion time is not determined. The team is working to restore full platform availability as quickly as possible.

Why This Update Is Important

Salesforce continues to strengthen security requirements for connected applications and integrations.
To support secure multi-org operations and enterprise-grade release management, ZuppIO infrastructure and authentication flows are being updated accordingly.

These improvements help ensure:

  • more secure authorization flows
  • improved token management
  • better long-term platform stability
  • continued compatibility with Salesforce security standards

We appreciate your patience and understanding while these updates are being completed.
