HOW TO ADD STEP?
Steps can be added to any existing job at any time:
- Create a new job if you haven’t created it yet.
- Open job.
- Press New Step button.
- Name your step.
- Select step type.
- Provide configurations (see below).
- Press Create button.
Configurations list by step type:
- Execute Anonymous step requires to enter valid Apex code.
- Profile Update step requires to provide some valid XML.
- Steps of copy type (i.e. Page Layouts, Field History Tracking, Reports, etc.) requires either to choose to copy all available packaged components of the selected type or to select some specific items from the available packaged components.
