ZuppIO Platform Update: Infrastructure Migration and Commercial Transition

ZuppIO is currently undergoing a major infrastructure and authentication architecture update following new mandatory Salesforce security requirements.
These Salesforce changes include:
- PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange)
- Refresh Token Rotation
- updated authentication and connected application policies
Because of these new requirements, the current ZuppIO infrastructure requires significant rework and platform-level migration to remain compatible with the Salesforce ecosystem.
Infrastructure Migration Timeline
The migration to the updated infrastructure and authentication architecture is already in progress.
Based on current estimates, the full migration and stabilization process may continue until the beginning of July.
At the same time, understanding how critical ZuppIO is for deployment and release workflows for many teams, we have also contacted Salesforce to request a temporary restoration of the current infrastructure for up to 2 additional months while migration work continues.
The review process from Salesforce may take approximately one week.
Transition to Commercial Support Model
As part of this transition, ZuppIO is also moving from a free-to-use model to a commercial support and subscription model.
Over the years, the platform has evolved into a full release operations infrastructure solution that now requires:
- ongoing infrastructure maintenance
- security and compatibility updates
- operational monitoring
- engineering support
- continuous adaptation to Salesforce platform changes
Preliminary Pricing Model
The preliminary pricing structure will be:
- €990 per month
or - €9,900 per year
For current ZuppIO users, we are also forming a transitional support program:
- €4,500 for the first 6 months
The transition period itself will begin once platform functionality is fully restored and stabilized.
Transitional Support Program
Current users who plan to continue using ZuppIO on a commercial basis are encouraged to contact the team as soon as possible regarding participation in the transitional support program.
This will help us plan:
- ongoing recovery work
- infrastructure resources
- platform stabilization
- long-term platform development
